Certificato del Casellario Giudiziale so called “Italian Police Clearance Certiifcate/Check (PCC)” or “Italian Criminal Record Certificate” contains criminal records & information on final convictions related to criminal cases registered in the Italian Judicial Criminal Record System (Court). It may also include entries in the European Criminal Records System. This certificate will show as “Nulla” if there is no record. It is in Italian language.
Certificato dei Carichi Pendenti so called “Italian Pending Charges Certificate” or “Italian Penal Charges Certificate” reports the list of a person’s pending criminal proceedings registered in the Italian Judicial Penal Records System (Court). This certificate will show as “Nulla” if there is no record. It is in Italian language.
Visura delle Iscrizioni nel Casellario Giudiziale so called “Extract of PCC” is a complete extract of the Certificato del Casellario Giudiziale (PCC) and will include all the convictions expunged from other Italian police/penal certificates, which makes it broader and more all-encompassing than the Certificato del Casellario Giudiziale, which is partial. On this certificate your name and surname are not mentioned due to the Privacy Law. It is in Italian language.

A sworn translation is an official (certified) translation of a document that is legally validated by an Affidavit (Oath Sworn Statement) from the Italian Court.
An Apostille is a certification that makes legal public documents (like PCC, penal certifictes or translations) for international use, more specifically for Foreign Countries under 1961 Hague Convention. For countries not under Convention, instead of the Apostille, a Legalization will be applied from the Italian Court.

Yes, you will be able to receive a copy of your Italian Certificates by email before payment (and before sending you the originals by post/courier) in order to check if everything is correct.
Yes, if you wish, we will send to you your original Italian Certificates by DHL courier and always a copy by email.
If you would like to receive the original documentation, the Consult Italy staff will prepare and package all documents and deliver them to our partner shipping service (DHL). You will then receive a payment link directly from them. Once the payment has been completed, your documents will be shipped to the agreed address.
